ISCLH Book Review Series

ISCLH (International Society for Chinese Law & History), established in 2014, aims to foster scholarly exchanges worldwide on Chinese legal history. To further this goal, we have introduced a new initiative to promote reviews and dialogues between Chinese and Anglophone scholars. In particular, we invite scholars to review Chinese works in English and English works in Chinese. The English reviews should range between 1,000 and 1,500 words, while the Chinese reviews should be within 3,000 words. Longer articles are also welcome if needed. These reviews will be published on our website and social media platforms. ISCLH members are encouraged to write book reviews and recommend books for review.

「中国法律与历史国际学会」成立于2014年，旨在促进世界各地学者对中国法律史的交流。为此，我们新增了书评项目，以加强中西学者之间的对话和沟通。具体来说，我们将邀请学者用英文评论中文书籍，用中文评论英文书籍。英文书评字数在一千至一千五百词之间，中文书评则不超过三千字。如有需要，我们亦欢迎字数较多的书评论文。这些书评将刊登在学会网站以及社交平台上。欢迎学会成员撰写书评投稿，并向我们推荐书籍进行评介。
